Refund policy
At ARTframers, we offer two product categories with different return conditions:
1. Custom-Made One-Offs
As each unique frame is made to your specifications, there is no statutory withdrawal right. Returns are only possible for defective or damaged frames. Please report defects within 14 days of receipt via email to info@artframers.com.
2. Standard Frames
Pre-made standard sizes have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right from receipt.
- Contact us first via email at info@artframers.com.
- If your return is accepted, we'll send you detailed return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Refunds
- We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
4. Product Safety (GPSR)
For safety defects, you may demand free repair, replacement, or refund at any time, regardless of withdrawal periods.
