1. Scope & Contracting Party
These Terms apply to all orders in the ARTframers online shop. Contracting party: ARTframers GmbH, Marientaler Straße 40, 12359 Berlin, HRB 272912 B, represented by Managing Director Claire D’Orsay.

2. Access & Account
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for your account security and all activities.

3. Product Display
Colors and images may vary by device. Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change at any time.

4. Contract Formation
Your order is an offer. The contract is only concluded upon our email confirmation.

Customers may purchase a maximum of ten (10) units of the product “frame” per single order.

If a customer orders more than that, the seller is entitled to reject the order in whole or in part.

5. Prices & Payment
All prices include VAT plus shipping. Payment by credit card, PayPal, Klarna and instant bank transfer.

6. Delivery & Shipping
Delivery times and shipping costs are in our shipping policy. Title and risk pass to you upon handover to the carrier.

7. Withdrawal & Returns
Standard frames: 14-day withdrawal right. Custom frames: no withdrawal right. See our return policy for details.

8. Product Safety & Warranty
We guarantee product safety under EU law (GPSR). Statutory 2-year warranty applies.

9. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence; for slight negligence, only for essential obligations.

10. Privacy
Your data is processed according to GDPR. See our privacy policy for details.

11. Intellectual Property
All content is protected by copyright. Use is for private purposes only.

12. Third-Party Tools & Links
We are not liable for external tools or links.

13. Changes to Terms
We may change these terms at any time. The current version is on our website.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
German law applies. Venue: Berlin.
