1. Shipping Times

• Standard frames: shipped within 3–5 business days after payment
  
• Custom frames: 10–14 business days production, followed by shipping
  

2. Shipping Fees (shipping by DHL)

• Germany: € 4.20
  
• EU countries: € 14.49
  
• Express Germany: from € 12.49 (not yet available)
  
• Oversized (freight): from € 49.90
  

3. Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email.

4. Delivery Restrictions
EU shipping only. No PO box deliveries.

5. Labeling Requirement
Packages over 10 kg are labeled according to the Postal Act 2025.

6. Damage on Arrival
Inspect your package upon delivery and report damage immediately to info@artframers.com.
